An active network driving research, training, outreach, and scientific collaboration

Key initiatives to energise the network and multiply its impact

ReTIT-PUB develops a range of activities aimed at fulfilling its mission to promote translational research in puberty. These actions include scientific conferences, internal meetings, training stays, outreach activities, and cooperation with other networks and institutions.

The activities are led by the working groups (GT), in coordination with the technical team and the network’s steering committee.

🧬 Scientific meetings of the network

Organisation of open scientific conferences and regular internal meetings, both in-person and virtual.

These meetings allow for scientific updates, presentation of results, strategy definition, and strengthening of internal collaboration.

👩‍🔬 Training and exchange stays

Internal mobility programme for young researchers and technicians among the network’s groups.

It facilitates learning new methodologies, shared use of platforms, and development of collaborative projects.

Coordinated by WG-5. Applications are managed by the group leads and the coordinator.

🧑‍🏫 Seminars and workshops

Regular seminars delivered by network members or invited researchers.

Thematic workshops on omics tools, data analysis, experimental models, etc.

They can be held online or in person. Announced on the website and social media.

📣 Outreach activities

Actions aimed at the general public, patients, associations, and the media.

Participation in events such as the European Researchers’ Night, school talks, or collaborations with the media.

Visibility on social media, press, and educational platforms.

🌐 Cooperation with other networks

Participation in consortia, projects, and meetings organised by networks complementary to ReTIT-PUB.

Collaboration with CIBER, SEEP, ESPE, and other national and international entities.

Includes joint submission of proposals to competitive calls.
